What homes in Buena Park look like
Buena Park’s core housing stock is post-war single family tracts, mostly three and four bedroom homes built in the 1950s through the 1970s, plus a growing set of newer townhome communities that give buyers a lower entry point. The city sits at the crossing of the 5 and the 91, which puts a huge share of LA and OC job centers within a reasonable drive, and that commute math is a big reason buyers priced out of coastal OC look here.
One pocket worth knowing by name: The Brentwoods, on the Cypress and Buena Park border. It is a small area of larger floor plans and bigger lots than the surrounding tracts, and homes there trade at a premium to the citywide median. I show there often, and when a clean one hits the market it moves.
